The cost per racer will be $30.00. Coaches and gatekeepers will receive complimentary tickets. Each team will be expected to provide at least one gatekeeper.

Notes

The GS Course will be examined by the Technical Designate at the end of the Girls Race. He will determine whether or not only minor changes need to be made or if the entire course needs to be re-set.
All racers at the end of their second run should return to the top of their respective course to assist with the “slip and rip” of each course. This needs to happen at the slalom especially where the course will be completely reset.
The goal is to have 2 runs of each event
- As we all have experienced, there are sometimes obstacles that occur that are out of our control. If course conditions, weather or time constraints dictate, there will be an impromptu coaches meeting to determine which cuts will prevail. The decision will be a majority vote (not a consensus in the interest of time) upon choices presented by the host team and race coordinators. There will be no grounds to protest the majority vote on the choices presented.
