• 2015 Balance = over $ 3000
• Dues paid, on the whole, in a timely fashion
• Communicate dues paid status via website

IV.      Reviewed 2015 Championship Events

a. Class A

i. Holderness @ Cannon Mt., NH, Feb 11
ii. Earlier start time with only one course event
iii. Some gatekeeping coverage issues for the slalom

b.      Class B

i.      Loomis & Miss Halls @ Sundown Mt., CT , Feb 11
ii.     The mountain ran an efficient event
iii.     Scoring issues
iv. Entry fee a bit high, $75

c.      Class C

i.      Ethel Walker & Wilbraham @ Mt. Sunapee, NH, Feb 11
ii.     A nice venue
iii.    Sunapee staff a bit brusk
iv. Confusing slalom finish
v. Host schools did a great job with the gatekeepers

V. Future Championships

a.      Class A

        i.     Middlesex & Nobles @ Shawnee Peak, ME on Feb. 10, 2016

b.      Class B

        i.    Milton & Lawrence @ Crotched Mt., NH on Feb. 10, 2016

c.      Class C

        i.    Brewster & Wilbraham @ TBD on Feb. 10, 2016
       ii.  Host schools not present
      iii.    Contact schools to see if they are still able to host. Coaching situation; Wilbraham coach is no longer at the school
      iv.  If unable to host then approach Worcester Academy

VI. Competition Committee Report

• Met prior to the coaches meeting
• Reported on the Rivers School issue
• Rivers will be in Class A
• Reviewed the process and criteria for movement between classes
• Composed letter to send to NEPSAC
