    1. Avon and Salisbury @ Butternut Basin 2/18 --> 2/11
    2. Again there were timing issues on the GS course
    3. Good hosts

    1. Nobles @ Shawnee Peak 2/21
    2. Liked race on a Saturday

    4. Tie for first in boys standings
    5. Some felt a quality venue balanced the long travel time

V.      Competition Committee

  1. Restated the charge of the committee with the support of the entire group
  2. Proposed school re-alignment with discussion over the philosophy of the three classes
    1. Vote: Yes = 13, No = 3 for published re-alignment
  3. Set date of May 14, 2004 as the petition deadline
  4. Petitions to sent to Scott Berube (Berwick)
  5. Discussion about tie-breaking criteria for team standings
    1. Use 4th finisher
    2. Use total time of top 3 finishers in both disciplines
  6. Proposal:  the ISSCA needs a tie-breaking criteria carried 10 – 6
  7. Proposal:  In the event of a tie in the team standings, the school with the smaller total time of the top 3 finishers in each discipline will break the tie.
    1. Proposal carried 13 – 1 – 2

  1. General consensus that there should be one date for all three classes
  2. Date for 2005 championships: Wednesday, February 16, 2005
